In Loving Memory of My Son...

Brian David Lewis
February 28, 1982 - December 12, 2001

My dear son Brian, without whom this entire effort would have never begun. His birth inspired me to enter the business of child care, and his death compelled me to make a contribution that would one day be a testament to my belief that all children deserve to thrive.

You are so greatly missed, and will be forever loved and cherished for the time you gave to me.

Love,
Your Mom

P.S. I decided to leave this [fun] background intact (i.e., with Professor Frisky on this page) as a measure of celebrating my son's life, despite the constant pain from the loss. Brian would've truly loved Professor Frisky, and with his artistic skills, made a major contribution in this project's efforts.
